Will this key still work in a year?
The licenses on this page are perpetual: there is no renewal date and nothing to pay again. Once activated, a license survives reinstalls on the same PC. If your key does not activate, we replace it.
Every listing prints the license type, so you know what you are buying before you pay.

Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase of a perpetual license for one PC. There is nothing to renew and no recurring charge.
Do I have to uninstall what I already have first?
For Windows, usually not. If the PC already runs Windows 11, you enter the key in Settings and it upgrades the license in place: in most cases nothing is wiped and no reinstall is needed.
For Office, in most cases yes. A previous Office installation, including a lapsed Microsoft 365 trial, has to be removed before the perpetual version installs cleanly. The activation steps for your product cover it.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Your order confirmation is emailed to you after payment and works as a receipt for most expense claims. If you need a formal invoice carrying your company name or a purchase-order reference, write to us with those details and your order number, and we will issue one.
I bought the wrong product. What now?
Tell us before the key has been used to activate and we exchange it: you pay the difference, or we refund it. A refund is available while the key has not been used to activate and you tell us in writing. Once a key has activated successfully, it cannot be returned for a refund; our refund policy has the details. If you are unsure whether a license fits your PC, ask us before you buy.
